One parent account
Benchmark pages are public. To save swimmer details, times and measurements, create a parent account with a username and password. Records are stored on the server so you can sign in from another device.
Who can see what
Without club membership, only your parent account can access your swimmer's record through this app. Other parents cannot view it. Site administrators operate the database.
A join request shares the swimmer's name, category, birth year and your message with the coach. Once approved, that club's coach can view the complete swimmer profile, saved times, measurements, parent name and contact details. Coaches can add race times or correct existing entries for swimmers in their club; these changes are recorded. Passwords are never shown.
You may leave the club to stop coach access. Your account and history remain. A coach cannot change your password or delete your parent account.
Heights and weights
These are recorded as entered and nothing is calculated from them. No BMI, no target, no colour-coded band. Children's body measurements need a doctor's reading against age and sex charts, not a formula on a website, and swimming already carries enough pressure about weight without a screen adding to it.
Benchmark figures
Qualifying times are only as good as the circular they came from. Each page says when its figures were last updated and where they came from. Always check the current circular before entering a meet.
Getting data out
Download your record as JSON or print it from the parent dashboard. Removing a club does not delete parent accounts or swimmer records.
